For those who remember, the new LUGO is the worthy successor to the MUKA bed, Charlie Crane's first convertible bed, which made a lasting impression with its 15-degree ‘slanted’ bars. It has the same slightly rounded shape and the same original dimensions, with a 70x90 cm cot/small bed that can be converted to 70x140 cm. And it can still be opened up into a chaise longue. But the big innovation with this LUGO bed is its lightness, with its slender bars located on the outside of the bed. This design gives the bed an airy, suspended look... Made from solid European beech wood, the LUGO bed contains no chemicals. It has a light matt water-based varnish finish.
