Delivery times are as follows from the date of dispatch:
- For items in stock:
USA/CANADA: 1 to 3 days (east coast) - 3 to 5 days (west coast)
France: 1 to 3 working days
Europe: 1 to 5 working days
Rest of the world: 3 to 6 working days
- For items out of stock: the delivery time will be mentioned on your order confirmation.
Your order will be confirmed by an email from our customer service department. If your order contains several items, you may receive several deliveries, or they may be grouped together in the largest package (for example, sheets for Kumi will be placed in the package containing the crib you ordered, a toy bar for Levo will be placed in the package containing the bouncer, etc.).
All delivery dates provided to us are estimates. Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible and will not offer any compensation for any loss caused by late or delayed deliveries.
You can track the delivery of your order using the tracking link sent with your invoice on the day of shipment.
Depending on certain periods, such as sales, annual holidays or public holidays, please allow two additional days.
We ship our orders worldwide via UPS, DHL or DPD. Our shipping rates vary depending on the size and weight of the products in your order. Delivery is free for orders over 250€ in mainland France only, and over $100 in the USA.
Pay in 3 instalments, fee-free with Scalapay
Paying via Scalapay allows you to pay for your order in 3 instalments, with no fees and no minimum purchase. You receive your parcel as usual, but the total amount of your order is split into 3 equal monthly instalments.
How does Scalapay work?Scalapay is an innovative financing service that allows you to shop at your favourite online stores and directly in-store, receive your products immediately and pay in 3 equal interest-free monthly instalments.
The service involves no additional charges for the customer if instalments are paid by the due date. The first instalment will be debited immediately at the time of purchase. The remaining 2 instalments will be debited over the following 2 months.
- First instalment: at the time of purchase
- Second instalment: 1 month after the date of purchase
- Third instalment: 2 months after the date of purchase
Scalapay pays the seller the full order amount immediately and assumes all risks of fraud and non-payment.
