Delivery times are as follows from the date of dispatch:
- For items in stock:
France: 1 to 3 working days
Europe: 1 to 5 working days USA/CANADA: 1 to 3 days (east coast) - 3 to 5 days (west coast)
Rest of the world: 3 to 6 working days
- For items out of stock: the delivery time will be mentioned on your order confirmation.
Your order will be confirmed by an email from our customer service department. If your order contains several items, you may receive several deliveries, or they may be grouped together in the largest package (for example, sheets for Kumi will be placed in the package containing the crib you ordered, a toy bar for Levo will be placed in the package containing the bouncer, etc.).
All delivery dates provided to us are estimates. Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible and will not offer any compensation for any loss caused by late or delayed deliveries.
You can track the delivery of your order using the tracking link sent with your invoice on the day of shipment.
Depending on certain periods, such as sales, annual holidays or public holidays, please allow two additional days.
We ship our orders worldwide via UPS, DHL or DPD. Our shipping rates vary depending on the size and weight of the products in your order. Delivery is free for orders over 250€ in mainland France only, and over $100 in the USA.

Pay in 3 x free of charge with Scalapay
Payment via Scalapay allows you to pay for your order in 3 installments, at no cost and with no minimum purchase. You receive your package as usual, but the total amount of your order is divided into 3 equal monthly payments.

The service does not involve additional costs for the customer if deposits are paid by the due date. The first deposit will be debited immediately upon purchase. The 2 remaining installments will be debited in the following 2 months.
