All delivery dates we provide are estimates. However, 99% of our deliveries are made within the stated timeframes. Deliveries are sometimes delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. For
this reason, we will not be held
responsible and will offer no compensation for any loss caused by late or delayed deliveries.
During certain periods — sales, annual leave, or public holidays — please allow an additional two days.
We ship our orders in France (and elsewhere in Europe) via the UPS carrier. Outside this shipping zone, deliveries will be handled by the DHL International carrier. Our shipping rates vary depending on the size and weight of the products in your order. Shipping costs are €5.40 for orders up to €250, and delivery is free from €250.

Payment via Scalapay allows you to pay for your order in 3 installments, with no fees and no minimum purchase. You receive your parcel as usual, but the total amount of your order is divided into 3 equal monthly installments.
