Your order will be confirmed by an email from our customer service team. If your order contains several items, you may receive it in multiple deliveries.

All delivery dates we provide are estimates. However, 99% of our deliveries are made within the stated timeframes. Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. For
this reason, we shall not be held
liable and will not offer any compensation for any loss caused by late or delayed deliveries.

During certain periods such as sales, annual holidays or public holidays, please allow two additional days.

We ship our orders in France (and elsewhere in Europe) via the UPS carrier. Outside this shipping zone, deliveries will be handled by DHL International. Our shipping rates vary according to the size and weight of the products in your order. Delivery charges are €5.40 for orders up to €250, and delivery is free from €250.

Payment via Scalapay allows you to pay for your order in 3 instalments, with no fees and no minimum purchase. You receive your parcel as usual, but the total amount of your order is divided into 3 equal monthly instalments.

How does Scalapay work?Scalapay is an innovative financing service that allows you to shop in your favourite online stores and directly in-store, receive your products immediately, and pay in 3 equal interest-free instalments.

The service incurs no additional charges for the customer if instalments are paid by the due date. The first instalment will be debited immediately at the time of purchase. The remaining 2 instalments will be debited over the following 2 months.

1. First instalment: at the time of purchase
2. Second instalment: 1 month from the date of purchase
3. Third instalment: 2 months from the date of purchase

Scalapay pays the seller the full order amount immediately and assumes all risks of fraud and payment default.

Is it safe to pay via Scalapay?

All payments made through Scalapay are managed by our partner Stripe. Stripe is the world leader in online payment
management and processes millions of transactions every day on sites such as Shopify and Booking.com.
