Free delivery on orders over $100 in the US (except Hawaii and Alaska).

Delivery times are as follows from the date of dispatch:

• For items in stock:

USA/CANADA: 1 to 3 days (east coast) - 3 to 5 days (west coast)
France: 1 to 3 working days
Europe: 1 to 5 working days
Rest of the world: 3 to 6 working days

• For items out of stock: the delivery time will be mentioned on your order confirmation.

Your order will be confirmed by an email from our customer service department. If your order contains several items, you may receive several deliveries, or they may be grouped together in the largest package (for example, sheets for Kumi will be placed in the package containing the crib you ordered, a toy bar for Levo will be placed in the package containing the bouncer, etc.).
All delivery dates provided to us are estimates. Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible and will not offer any compensation for any loss caused by late or delayed deliveries.

You can track the delivery of your order using the tracking link sent with your invoice on the day of shipment.
Depending on certain periods, such as sales, annual holidays or public holidays, please allow two additional days.

We ship our orders worldwide via UPS, DHL or DPD. Our shipping rates vary depending on the size and weight of the products in your order. Delivery is free for orders over 250€ in mainland France only, and over $100 in the USA.

Payment via Scalapay allows you to pay for your order in 3 installments, at no cost and with no minimum purchase. You receive your package as usual, but the total amount of your order is divided into 3 equal monthly payments.

How does Scalapay work? Scalapay is an innovative financing service that allows you to buy in your online stores and directly in store, to receive your products immediately and to pay in 3 equal monthly payments without interest.

The service does not involve additional costs for the customer if deposits are paid by the due date. The first deposit will be debited immediately upon purchase. The 2 remaining installments will be debited in the following 2 months.

1. First deposit: at time of purchase
2. Second deposit: 1 month from the day of purchase
3. Third account: 2 months from the day of purchase

Scalapay pays the seller the total amount of the order without delay and assumes all risks of fraud and non-payment.

Is it safe to pay via Scalapay?

All payments made through Scalapay are managed by our partner Stripe. Stripe is the global leader in online payment management and handles millions of transactions every day on sites like Shopify and Booking.com.
