Your order will be confirmed by an email from our customer service team. If your order includes several items, you may receive it in multiple deliveries.

All delivery dates we provide are estimates. However, 99% of our deliveries are made within the announced timeframes. Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. For
this reason, we will not be held
liable and will offer no compensation for any loss caused by late or delayed deliveries.

During certain periods — sales, annual leave or public holidays — please allow two additional days.

We ship our orders in France (and elsewhere in Europe) via the UPS carrier. Outside this shipping zone, deliveries will be handled by DHL International. Our shipping rates vary depending on the size and weight of the products in your order. Shipping costs amount to €5.40 for orders up to €250, and delivery is free from €250.

Payment via Scalapay allows you to pay for your order in 3 installments, with no fees and no minimum purchase. You receive your parcel as usual, but the total amount of your order is divided into 3 equal monthly installments.

The service incurs no additional fees for the customer if installments are paid by the due date. The first installment will be debited immediately at the time of purchase. The remaining 2 installments will be debited over the following 2 months.

2. Second installment: 1 month after the date of purchase
3. Third installment: 2 months after the date of purchase

Scalapay pays the seller the full order amount without delay and assumes all risks of fraud and non-payment.

processing and handles millions of transactions every day on sites such as Shopify and Booking.com.
