10 children's clothing brands designed for real life

10 marques de vêtements enfant pensées pour la vraie vie

L’enfantin

A huge favorite: this French brand had the brilliant idea—let’s say it—of embroidering your child’s drawings onto high-quality clothing. Yes, from little stick figures with oversized arms to tiny scribbles, you can now keep these masterpieces for life instead of hiding them away. Even better, you can proudly display them and celebrate your child’s artistic flair. How could you resist? It also makes a wonderful gift idea for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, birthdays, and more.

What we love: 100% cotton pieces, made-in-France certification, and a wide product range.

Boden

Boden is a cult brand founded in the 1990s in England by Johnnie Boden. It reflects British style: colorful, lively, original, and chic—but its real strength is durability. Boden is a committed brand, loved as much for its ethics as for its style. For little ones, the summer wardrobe is vibrant: floral rompers, cheerful prints, and stylish Breton stripes.

What we love: UV-protective swimsuits that are perfect for the beach, and bath capes to keep kids warm after swimming.

Tinycottons

The world of Tinycottons appeals to the whole family. Its founder designed it to “please grandparents for its quality, parents for its style, and children for their comfort,” as MilK magazine puts it. Founded in Spain by a former Adidas designer, the brand highlights the benefits of pima cotton—soft, durable, and eco-friendly.

What we love: bold colors and patterns, whether poetic, playful, or ultra-chic—perfect for the beach or special occasions.

Piupiuchick

This Portuguese brand lives up to its cheerful name. Piupiuchick’s philosophy is rooted in creativity, joy, and humor. Each piece is designed and made in Portugal with a genuine eco-friendly approach. The brand uses organic cotton, reuses fabric scraps, and maintains a truly human-scale production chain.

What we love: their summer collection with bright, energetic colors—simple and practical, especially for little ones. Being close to the ocean, the brand offers a wide range of adorable swimwear and beach outfits that are hard to resist.

Donsje

A completely different style: Donsje is a high-end brand based in Amsterdam. Here, looks are more classic, with refined cuts and subtle colors—but the magic lies in the details. Their signature is a charming little animal world decorating their products: crabs, teddy bears, and many more. Baby shoes and booties, for instance, are true works of art. Everything is carefully crafted, with a strong commitment to ethical production.

What we love: transparency, sustainability, and the care given to every fabric. Ideal for summer thanks to its breathable materials.

Cozmo

Cozmo’s universe is perfect for everyday life: colorful, practical, comfortable, and fuss-free. Designed near Barcelona in a family atmosphere, their clothing ranges from newborn to teenager—and it shows. Expect timeless classics, soft pastel tones, and cuts suited to every age.

What we love: their commitment and the timeless quality of pieces that can be passed down from generation to generation.

Organic Zoo

The dreamy wardrobe created by Paulina at Organic Zoo inspired a collaboration with us, so it naturally earns a place on this list. We never tire of their organic cotton pieces with beautifully romantic prints.

What we love: especially the print we selected for our limited collection, aptly named “Olive Garden.”

Very French Gangster

Summer means sunglasses—and they’re essential for both babies and older kids. Their sensitive eyes need proper protection. Luckily, Very French Gangster offers a beautiful collection of eyewear for children and teens. The brand is also committed and responsible, with a 100% made-in-France range.

What we love: the variety of frame colors, shapes, and lenses—so kids can look just like grown-ups!

Studio Noos

The ultimate beach bag—or rather, an all-purpose tote. Studio Noos offers a wide range of belt bags, oversized stroller bags, and ultra-practical pouches—essential when traveling as a family. We especially love the “Mom Bags”: elegant yet practical, lightweight, and spacious enough to hold everything (Mary Poppins style!). They can be attached to a stroller or worn over the shoulder or crossbody. Bonus: they’re customizable.

What we love: the cozy winter collection—but for summer, there are plenty of great options too.

TajineBanane

Last but not least, TajineBanane has made a name for itself in the parenting world with its ultra-stylish collections for breastfeeding moms (and beyond). Founded by Alison Cavaillé in 2019, we’re proud to have collaborated with this French brand that shares Charlie Crane’s values: sustainability, creativity, and aesthetics. Together, we created a leopard print inspired by TajineBanane’s fun collections.

What we love: the brand’s commitment, inclusivity, and the supportive community Alison has built over the years.
