During certain periods such as sales, annual holidays or bank holidays, please allow an additional two days.

We ship our orders in France (and elsewhere in Europe) via the carriers UPS, DHL or COLA. Our shipping rates vary according to the size and weight of the products in your order. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout for orders up to €250, and delivery is free from €250 (in mainland France).

Payment via Scalapay allows you to pay for your order in 3 instalments, with no fees and no minimum purchase. You receive your parcel as usual, but the total amount of your order is divided into 3 equal monthly instalments.

The service incurs no additional charges for the customer if instalments are paid by the due date. The first instalment will be debited immediately at the time of purchase. The 2 remaining instalments will be debited over the following 2 months.

3. Third instalment: 2 months from the date of purchase
