All delivery dates we provide are estimates. However, 99% of our deliveries are made within the stated timeframes. Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. For
this reason, we shall not be held
liable and will offer no compensation for any loss caused by late or delayed deliveries.
During certain periods — sales, annual leave or public holidays — please allow two additional days.
We ship our orders in France (and elsewhere in Europe) via UPS. Outside this shipping zone, deliveries will be handled by DHL International. Our shipping rates vary according to the size and weight of the products in your order. Delivery costs are €5.40 for orders up to €250, and delivery is free from €250.

Paying via Scalapay allows you to pay for your order in 3 instalments, with no fees and no minimum purchase. You receive your parcel as usual, but the total amount of your order is divided into 3 equal monthly instalments.
