Orders placed on the website are processed within 24 hours. They are then sent to our logistics specialist to be prepared for shipment, and then allow one to three business days for shipment.
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be modified. However, if you have an emergency you can always contact our team at email@example.com and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
If you wish to cancel your order, contact our team by message, specifying the reference of the order and the reason for the cancellation, and a confirmation email will then be sent to you to confirm that your request has been processed correctly.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your package, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact our team by message, specifying the order reference and the reason for the cancellation.
Then, send your order back to the following address (the return costs are at your expense):

Once your package has been received at our offices, it will be checked to be put back in stock.
Once the return has been validated, we will refund your order and you will receive a confirmation email.
